Return Policy

All return requests must be pre-authorized in writing. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Return window: 15 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date. No exceptions.

To be eligible, ALL of the following must be true:

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original, like-new condition.
  • Item is in its original manufacturer packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories.
  • Written return authorization has been obtained from us prior to shipping.
  • Item is not on the non-returnable list below.

Non-returnable items (final sale β€” no exceptions):

  • All drop-shipped items (shipped directly from supplier).
  • Clearance, sale, and promotional items.
  • Custom or special-ordered merchandise.
  • Opened consumables, tape, chalk, or hygiene-related products.
  • Any item showing signs of use, installation, modification, or damage.

Return process:

  • Email Info@stapleysports.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within 2 business days.
  • Ship the item prepaid using a trackable carrier. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases.
  • A 20% restocking fee is deducted from all approved returns.
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund is issued within 10–15 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Stapley Sportsreserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above criteria. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.

Shipping Policy

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. Due to the nature of our products β€” including large equipment such as bleachers, backboards, goals, benches, grills, and picnic tables β€” shipping costs vary significantly by product size, weight, and delivery location.

How shipping works:

  • Shipping is not charged at checkout. Your order total at checkout reflects product cost only.
  • After your order is placed, we will contact you within 1–2 business days with a shipping quote.
  • You must approve the shipping quote before your order is fulfilled and shipped.
  • If you do not accept the shipping quote, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Carrier & delivery:

  • Small/parcel items ship via UPS or FedEx.
  • Large/heavy items (bleachers, equipment, furniture) ship via LTL freight carrier.
  • Freight deliveries are curbside by default. Inside delivery or liftgate service may be available at additional cost.
  • Delivery timelines vary by product and carrier. We will provide an estimated window with your shipping quote.

Stapley Sports is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Drop-shipped items ship directly from our supplier partners and are subject to supplier lead times and their freight arrangements.

Refund & Dispute Policy

You must contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Failure to do so forfeits your right to a voluntary resolution and we will contest the chargeback with full order and delivery documentation.

Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances:

  • Item was confirmed lost in transit (carrier investigation must be completed first).
  • Item arrived materially defective or was the wrong item β€” photo documentation required within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Approved return received, inspected, and accepted under our Return Policy (minus restocking fee and shipping).

Chargebacks and payment disputes:

  • All chargebacks will be contested. We retain all order records, delivery confirmation, and communication logs.
  • Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral for collections.
  • If a chargeback is filed on an order that has shipped and been delivered, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through all available legal channels.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stapley Sports does not store full card numbers. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final upon payment confirmation. By completing checkout and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Cancellation requests:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Cancellations are granted at the sole discretion of Stapley Sports and are not guaranteed.
  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee.
  • Drop-shipped orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once placed with our supplier.
  • Orders that have entered fulfillment or have shipped cannot be cancelled.

Stapley Sports reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason β€” including but not limited to pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraud β€” and will issue a full refund in such cases.

Privacy Policy

Stapley Sports(β€œwe,” β€œus,” or β€œour”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this website you consent to the practices described here.

Information we collect:

  • Contact and order details you provide: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address.
  • Order history and the products you view or purchase.
  • Messages you send us through our contact form or by email.
  • Technical data automatically collected by our hosting and analytics providers: IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited (via cookies and similar technologies).

How we use your information:

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders and provide customer support.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping quotes, and service-related messages.

Payment processing: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.We do not collect or store your full card number. Card data is transmitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's PCI-DSS-compliant systems and Privacy Policy.

Sharing your information: We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the store β€” such as our payment processor (Stripe), shipping and freight carriers, and hosting/email providers β€” and only as needed to provide our services or comply with the law.

Cookies: We use essential cookies to keep your cart and session working. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may not function correctly.

Data retention: We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements.

Children: This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

By accessing or purchasing from Stapley Sports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Business: Stapley Sports sells equipment and related products to consumers and organizations in the United States.

Pricing & Availability: All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you; you may proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stapley Sportsshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific item in question.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes: We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
